Mary E. Ashcraft
Mary Ashcraft focuses her practice on civil litigation defense, including catastrophic injury cases, dog bites, trip/slip and fall, property disputes, premises liability and car/trucking accidents. She has defended cases through trial verdict, obtaining favorable results for her clients. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mary worked as a Legal and Risk Management Intern for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and as an Economic Development Intern for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. Mary brings a wealth of real world experience to her case analysis which helps her with early case evaluation and resolution but also to see when a case is worth taking all the way to a jury.
