Oscar Jimenez is an accomplished attorney with more than 27 years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters involving construction defects, professional liability, labor and employment, personal injury, and business disputes in state and federal courts throughout California. His extensive experience includes representing, defending, and advising businesses and licensed professionals in the construction industry in multimillion-dollar lawsuits, including developers, general contractors, subcontractors, as well as architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
