- Settled a $3,000,000 engineer professional liability case for $125,000 for the design of a SUV storage facility.
- Motion for Summary Judgment re Statute of Limitations over 100 single family home construction defect case.
- Motion for Determination of Question of Law re: Acoustical Repair Damages granted. Homeowners failed to sustain any form of economic loss as required by Colorado Construction Defect Reform Act (CDARA).
