Debra Stevens is Of Counsel at Hall Griffin. Her practice focuses primarily on construction law. Her clients have included developers, general contractors, architects and engineers in California and Colorado. She has represented them in all facets of construction litigation including single family homes, multi-family homes, mixed use and commercial developments. She also has a broad range of litigation experience in construction site accidents, personal injury and property claims, mechanics' liens and bad faith claims.

• Received jury verdict of $150,000, Damages sought by Plaintiff were over $850,000 in a construction fire case.
• Settled a $3,000,000 engineer professional liability case for $125,000 for the design of a SUV storage facility.
• Motion for Summary Judgment re Statute of Limitations over 100 single family home construction defect case.
• Motion for Determination of Question of Law re: Acoustical Repair Damages granted. Homeowners failed to sustain any form of economic loss as required by Colorado Construction Defect Reform Act (CDARA).
