Valerie began her journey with Hall Griffin more than 16 years ago as a law clerk, working her way through every stage of the firm to become one of its most respected attorneys and leaders.

Today, Valerie leads an impressive multi-state litigation practice, representing clients in complex mortgage banking, real estate, and title-related disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Her legal work is widely recognized for its strategic insight and strong client advocacy.

In addition to her litigation practice, Valerie plays a central role in shaping the firm’s future through her leadership of the Hall Griffin law clerk program, where she trains, mentors, and develops law students who are beginning their careers in the legal profession.
