James Kim

James Kim joined the firm in 2026. Mr. Kim is a litigation associate in the firm’s Orange County office, where his practice focuses on personal injury defense, construction, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim spent four years serving as a public defender, representing hundreds of clients and regularly taking their cases to jury trial.

Mr. Kim earned a bachelor of arts from UCLA and hold a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
