John T. Griffin

John Griffin is a trial lawyer and one of the founding members of Hall Griffin.

Mr. Griffin practices out of the firm’s Orange County, Walnut Creek, and Dallas offices, handling civil defense litigation matters in the areas of bodily injury, transportation, products liability, premises liability (including environmental and ADA claims), copyright and publicity rights, and construction litigation. Mr. Griffin understands every case is unique and each presents unique challenges. At the outset of a new litigation matter, he works with his client to develop an individualized approach for efficiently and aggressively defending his client’s interests. Utilizing this approach, Mr. Griffin has successfully tried, arbitrated, and mediated numerous cases over the course of his career.

Mr. Griffin began his career working for one of the then “Big Six” accounting firms, Arthur Andersen & Co. Later, after clerking for a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge, Mr. Griffin went into private practice, ultimately joining the founding partners of Hall Griffin to form the firm in 1995.
