Jose A. Montalvo

Jose Montalvo brings three decades of defense litigation experience, representing private clients, insurance companies, and municipalities. Mr. Montalvo specializes in complex personal injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, complex regional pain syndrome, amputation injuries, and wrongful death. He also has vast experience litigating premises liability, personal injury-auto, wrongful death actions, employment law, eminent domain claims, insurance bad faith, landlord\tenant disputes, toxic tort cases, slip and fall claims, construction liability, products liability, land movement, and defamation claims.

Mr. Montalvo has litigated in state and federal court, with over 35 cases taken to verdict. He regularly handles cases with multi-million dollar liability. Mr. Montalvo has work as both in-house and as outside counsel for insurance companies, and he knows how to efficiently bring a case to resolution.
