Stephanie M. Stringer

Stephanie Stringer emphasizes her practice on many aspects of general liability defense, with a special focus on defending catastrophic personal injury claims and wrongful death cases. She advises and defends clients on all aspects of litigation, particularly to high exposure matters. Ms. Stringer's practice benefits from the heightened and practical understanding of medical care gained from her emergency medical technician license. She takes cases from inception to trial and has achieved many successful outcomes for clients through settlement negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and dispositive motions.

Stephanie has also specialized her practice on defending and counseling employers in all areas of employment-related litigation, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, employee discipline, internal investigations, litigation avoidance, wage and hour issues, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Ms. Stringer conducts neutral workplace investigations. The matters she investigates often involve the potential for significant financial, legal, or public relations exposure in areas such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and workplace safety compliance. Her experience does not end there. She has also successfully litigated and defended other complex civil litigation matters, including trade secret and unfair business practice claims, RICO violations, class actions shareholder/partnership disputes, and a variety of business torts. The depth of Stephanie's knowledge and experience allows her to provide big-picture advice to clients, help minimize costs, avoid costly disputes whenever possible, and efficiently resolve disputes when they arise. Recognizing that her clients' needs often extend outside the borders of California, Stephanie has been admitted to the State Bars of Colorado and Idaho.
