Timothy A. Burnett

Timothy Burnett has a diverse litigation practice, specializing in construction, property management, financial services, and general real estate disputes. He also advises both individual and institutional clients on a wide range of topics, including insurance coverage, personal injury, landlord-tenant, employment, and state and federal regulatory compliance.

Tim regularly represents developers and general contractors in complex construction defect actions as well as financial services institutions in a wide range of litigation, including claims for wrongful foreclosure and violation of California's Homeowner Bill of Rights.
